What a beautiful and comfortable room! We stayed there for 4 nights in a superior room and felt we had plenty of space for our belongings with their large closets. We were impressed with the functionality and space of the room. Cleanliness was excellent and restocking of amenities was beyond amazing. They offered every possible amenity you can think of in the room! They also have attention to detail as they’ll restock more of something if you use a lot. The bathroom is so large with a large bathtub! The pajamas were so comfortable!!! Breakfast is excellent, but I think some people can find it receptive. You chose from a menu either a western, Japanese or a French toast. You can select some items from each set menu, I tried all of them and everything was delicious and so well served. Also the service in the restaurant is excellent, they are all so kind and polite. The view from the restaurant is also very nice. Location is excellent walking distance to so much to see in Tokyo but also steps from main train/ metro stations. So many restaurants and bars around, sometimes we didn’t want to leave the area! But whenever we did, transport was so close by with the main lines! We would absolutely go back there and recommend to anyone!

Celestine Ginza is convenient to train station and shopping. Our room was spacious. But there’s something missing in the travel experience compared to other hotels where we stayed. Our room was certainly not a space to relax at the end of the day—with our fire escape-people smoking view. And room was very hot with shades open. Breakfast didn’t entice us. I’d find a different hotel next time.

Pros: Location is superb, close to two stations and plenty of shops and convenience stores. Hotel is beautiful, modern and has a luxurious feel Bathroom was wonderful Room was clean and modern Staff were incredibly friendly and lovely Cons: Room sizes were a bit small but overall it's still liveable and didn't dampen our stay. The rest of the hotel more than made up for it. Overall: Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Fantastic hotel. Everything was exceptional, location, decor, cleanliness and especially the staff. Hotel was 5 minute walk to Shimbashi station and the Ginza metro line. It was also ideally located for the shopping malls and dozens and dozens of cafes and restaurants. Ginza was also a quieter area in Tokyo, so it was convenient to get to all of the main tourist areas, but was quiet at night. Rooms were a good size for Tokyo, rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. Restaurant on top floor was top class too. Both restaurant and hotel has the nicest and most helpful staff and they could not do enough for you. If I return to Tokyo, this is the place I will definitely stay.

This was a perfect stay! - The location is perfect, few min walk from Shimbashi station (includes Yamenote line) and 15min walk from main Tokyo station. The area is really nice and not too busy. - We stayed in the Superior Queen which was a good size and had excellent amenities far more than in what you usually expect (eg fridge, kettle, bedside control panel for air con & lights etc). The blackout curtains were great and the bathroom had both bath and shower. - Also got a welcome drink at the top floor bar which was lovely - Staff were very friendly and helpful I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Tokyo!
